You are an administrative operator during a national crisis (a war with a neighboring state)
Your task is to keep the state alive for 12 days

Instruction (since i had no time to paste it in game)

There is a main terminal with a globe on it:
Select region -> all of it's stats will be shown below (Left-bottom corner):

Supply - Resources, logistics, fuel, food. Frontline regions need supply to survive. 
Unrest - Public anger and instability. High unrest damages state order and increases collapse risk. 
Control Administrative and police control. Higher control helps prevent collapse. 
Loyalty Public loyalty to the government. 

There is also Global stats (Left-top corner):

Order - Overall internal stability of the state. If it reaches zero, the state collapses. 
Legitimacy - Political trust in the government. Repressive actions and abandoned regions reduce legitimacy. 
War Pressure - External pressure from the enemy state. It grows as the game progresses. 
Lost Regions - If too many regions fall, the front collapses completely.

Actions:

Actions can be chosen at the top-right corner when the region is selected.
MOVE SUPPLY - will move Supplies FROM THE FIRST selected to the SECOND 
Other Actions do not require second region to be applied

Post actions:

After action selection the codesign will be shown, you need to get back from the terminal and choose the console with a buttons. Only the last 6 symbols would be accounted, so if you make mistake - just start agai

After that press Big red button

After that, the order paper will be printed, which you should sign by pressing on this handle
